How does one acquire reward scrolls, i really need a few item id deeds and a name change.

Reward scrolls are bought with voting tokens. 

So, if you vote everyday, you get around 5 tokens per day, and you get 1 reward scroll every 2 days.

Some custom bosses drop them also. And it is planned to give them as “rewards” for our events (as soon as we are ready to run events).
