Actually, there are two stones in Luna where you can buy either EVO weapons and EVO armors, or Universal Storage Keys. All the stones were moved in Luna so it's easier to find them :)
However, I haven't found all the quest NPCs yet. I will probably have to add them again. (no link with token stones, but they used to be in the same area)
Have you tried near Luna Bank ? Or there is also a vendor mall you can find on the public moongate custom locations. That’s where all the quest NPCs are also 👍
